Bonzetta (Bonnie) Williams
Administrator
Bonzetta “Bonnie” Williams brings 20 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, providing steady leadership and thoughtful oversight of facility operations. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that daily operations, systems, and services work together seamlessly to support resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Bonnie’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding that operational decisions directly shape the lived experiences of those in her care.
Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 1996 and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 2006. Her educational background, paired with years of hands-on experience, has shaped a leadership style that balances structure with empathy and accountability with compassion.
Her path into senior care began with a desire to work with individuals who are vulnerable and often underserved. After college, she started her career supporting individuals diagnosed with mental illness in a long-term care setting, where she quickly developed a passion for the work. What initially began as a job soon became a calling, as she found deep meaning in building relationships and supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Bonnie spent nearly a decade in direct clinical roles, gaining invaluable insight into person-centered care and the importance of human connection.
Although initially hesitant to move into operations, this transition became a defining moment in her career. Stepping into administrative leadership allowed her to advocate for residents on a broader scale, ensuring that policies, systems, and daily practices aligned with the values of respect, safety, and dignity. Since becoming licensed, Bonnie has served as an Administrator, Consultant, and Regional Director of Operations, remaining closely connected to the people she serves in every role.
Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys singing and spending time with her family and friends. Her approach to leadership is guided by respect, accountability, and compassion, with every decision rooted in doing what is best for both residents and staff.

Kourtney Nacker brings more than 13 years of healthcare experience to her role as Director of Nursing, where she oversees all nursing operations within the facility. Her responsibilities include leading and supporting the nursing team, implementing clinical policies, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to continuously improve patient outcomes. Kourtney holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Rasmussen University and combines her clinical knowledge with a hands-on leadership approach rooted in collaboration and accountability.
Her journey in healthcare began as a CNA, a foundation she remains deeply proud of. Over the years, she advanced through roles including RN, Charge Nurse, Infection Preventionist, Assistant Director of Nursing, and ultimately Director of Nursing. Outside of her work, Kourtney has a lifelong fascination with space and once dreamed of working for NASA, but we are happy she chose Earth and helping those that inhabit it! That same curiosity and drive continue to shape her leadership style today, grounded in the belief that compassionate care, strong mentorship, and continuous learning are essential to the future of nursing and to the well-being of every resident she serves.
